Our cider is the result of 5 years of careful and intense work in the selection of cider apple varieties as well as in the harvesting and fermentation processes at our orchard Finca Gallinal in Asturias, Spain. We do not improvise, each apple is carefully selected to produce the best natural juice possible. Gluten-free and with fewer calories than other alcoholic beverages. Because there is no place for relativeness when it comes to creating a craft cider.

THE FIRST APPLE

In the astonishing region of Asturias, northern Spain, the Exner family spotted the perfect place to fulfill their dream: to grow special apple trees with which to elaborate a unique cider. The choice of establishing there and creating Finca Gallinal was not accidental since, thanks to the mixture of the quality of the terroir, the work in the selection of apples and the artisan care in the production, we have obtained a special, surprising cider, that leaves no one indifferent. Because in Exner cider, nothing is relative.
